In 2009 Thando played a lead role in a church children’s play as “Joseph father of Jesus” which aired on Soweto T.V in 2011. He was also selected to be a guest presenter on Y.O.T.V live on SABC 1 in 2012.

Most recently he played the role of “Sandile” on Mzansi magic lokshin biskop called “Icebo” and in 2012 played a role of “Tshepo” in a lokshin bioskop comedy called “Campus Chaos”.
