Lunga grew up in a community theatre environment and has been part of it ever since. He is a graduate of the “Mophatong” moving into dance academy, “Windybrow theatre” development program and the “S.A State Theatre” Mzansi fela development program. Lunga has been in plays such as “Queen, the chosen one” ( which was nominated for a Naledi award), “Umoja” ( Dancer and choreographer). In 2016 he acted in the Mzansi Magic short film ” Broken bones” and “Ballanines” ( commercial shot in 2014). Most recently Lunga has been cast as a support actor in the new soap “Broken Vows”, “Isithembiso” and the telenovela “Gold diggers”
