Puseletso played a support roles in productions “Natural rhythms” and “Adam and Eve” and a lead role on the SABC 1 production “Khululeka”. Recently she has acted in the Mzansi magic film “Nazo” as a lead character. Puseletso can now be seen playing as support character in the feature film “He who is without sin”
